"Best B&B we have ever been to!"

"Wonderful stay. Mark was fantastic. Treated us like a member of the family. Even though it’s on the main road it was very quiet. Extremely clean. It’s only an $9 Uber to the Basin Hotel downtown. We stayed in the Renaissance Room. Very spacious. Our only regret was the whole reason I booked was the winery on site, and it was closed, but they do have another one not far away. We will definitely stay here again."

"Let me start by saying part of this was probably my fault because I misunderstood the instructions. We arrived, went to the porch of the house, entered the code provided in the email, unlocked the door, and went inside. Like most people, we looked around, brought our suitcases in, and got settled. A couple of hours later we left to grab something to drink. When we came back, the original code no longer worked. I called the number on the instructions, and they gave me a new code. "Cute place with everything you need! The hot tub bath was nice after a long days ride. I should mention there is a little triangle skylight window above the door that lets the morning sunshine in right on your face that wakes you up!"

"The Bavarian Inn was a very clean and friendly Inn. It was peaceful and quiet; something you don't get a most motels.We will defiantly stay there next time we go to Eureka Springs."

"The hotel was great, the issue we had was the lack of info we received when booking through Expedia - just know the hotel does not have elevators (so if they have conventions etc going on & you find yourself on the 2nd floor requiring stairs - you won’t be able to find a ground floor room to switch to). We had my 87 yr old mom with us and stair wind her. Toilet in our room was low also with no hand rail - so be sure to ask for a room with everything you need ahead of time. The hotel...

"Main thing: it was very clean which is my highest priority. But, it is a 1902 house which lacks amenities. It is not a good choice if ambulatory access is necessary. The breakfast was well prepared and was delivered to your door at the exact time I requested, but there was no choice in the breakfast. I felt fortunate that the food was well done - but maybe a problem if choice was expected. There was no easy chair for lounging or reading as the room was small. The blazing room air conditioner...

"I stayed in the Standard Room and it is very small. The bed nearly touches the wall. No sitting area in the room. But the amenities and sink/shower are all nice and remodeled. Overall a comfortable room but maybe not for two people."
