"I came for a work conference that was near Champs D Elysee and this hotel was only a 15 mins tram ride away from there! It’s a very decent 3* hotel, standard room size for a Paris hotel but with all the amenities you could need! Would defo book again if I was visiting a similar area again!"

"The hotel was in a convenient area. Very close to public transportation, malls, and 10-15 minutes away from city center. The lady at the front desk ( blonde hair, glasses) wasn’t very helpful when we had trouble turning on the electricity in the room. She didn’t explain to us we needed to put our key card into the slot to turn on the electricity. It took me 2 trips downstairs to get the right information from a young man at the desk and also a maintenance worker. This is something I feel like...

"The air conditioning in 2 of the 3 rooms we booked did not work. I called down to inform the reception desk, and they said they would send someone to check on it. Half an hour later when we realized there was only one bath towel, I called again to no answer. I went down to the front desk where others were also asking for towels. I asked them again about the air conditioning and possibly switching us to a different room, and they said they would send someone to take a look now that the front desk...
