"We checked in and I specifically asked about the air-conditioning and if it was working during the heat wave, they told me it was we went into our room and it was 30°C. We called the staff to try to fix it, but all they would do is give us a fan. We had to go down again to complaint, eventually they offered us a different room at Hilton Paddington which was much better. Plenty of shops and eateries are close by, which makes the location even more convenient. The rooms were perfectly adequate for a 4‑star hotel: well maintained, clean, and functional. "There are literally 3 Premier Inn's within walking distance. We were initially brought to the wrong one. Also, booked a room that slept three and it was set up for two when we arrived. Courtney was helpful in facilitating a bigger room that slept 3 adults, but one bed was like a cot and uncomfortable. For the price point, it was fine for a place to basically sleep. Conveniently located for the train, bus, and places to eat. We did ask them to clean our room, it was never cleaned. "

"Locatie vlakbij trein en metro station. Personeel is vriendelijk. Kamer is oud en aan een renovatie toe. De airco werkte niet goed, er stond een extra ventilator op de kamer ivm de hitte maar deze werkte niet goed. De enige optie was om met het raam open te slapen waardoor er veel geluidsoverlast was omdat het hotel aan een drukke weg ligt. De matrassen waren slecht, veel te zacht. De douche was oud en de waterdruk was niet sterk."
