"This was the worst experince in my life. I checked in and went in the elevator was dirty, smelled like weed and towels on elevators floor. Was walking to my room duty bed sheets and towels everywhere, and when I went to open my room key didn’t even work. I asked for refund and they treated me nasty. I lost my money and even called the police on it."

"Everything was amazing! The resort is beautiful, staff are super helpful and caring. Our rooms were amazing; we were sad our vacation had to end. We will definitely stay there the next time we go to Naples."

"Everything was perfect but the night supervisor Susana was very rude. Apparently she doesn’t like her job. All the other staff members were very helpful and very attentive.including Armand the concierge who provided a very good service. I hope the management can hire people who actually likes the job and has the correct attitude. Susana seems to be very unhappy with her work but also with her life."

"The sheets and bed were pretty cheap and uncomfortable. We asked for towels and some extra pillows, and they didn’t bring them for four days. But the apartment itself and the building it’s in were both terrific. Really enjoyed it. The amenities in the building were fantastic. A couple bucks invested in the sheets and bed would go a long way. "
