But it is the people that make this property, the amenities are secondary to them. They are quick with suggestions, they are honest and they are knowledgeable. Never staying anywhere else."

"I liked the look of the newly renovated hotel. I like that the rooms are cleaned every day. I am not an early riser and that became an issue with the cleaning staff. But otherwise, it is a beautiful, historic hotel in the heart of Waikiki"

"Location, amenities, and room was nice. We were on floor 5 in the pool level. The hallway carpet always smelled musty. The amenities were nice but depending on the time and day the spa was always packed. The side of the building we were on was next to the trash collection and delivery drivers which always woke us up before 5am or so every day. If you can see the nice mural from the balcony you are on tras collection side."
