"The location was great, though it was a bit hard to find as the entrance seemed to be at the back of the building. Our room was luxurious—everything we hoped for and more! The rooftop bar offered nice views and we enjoyed the continental breakfast at the restaurant for an additional charge. We’d definitely stay again."

"Only two staff trying to run hotel. Had to wait for a table then service, even though the restaurant only had a couple of people in it. As the girl couldn’t run everything, not her fault. Food was terrible and dry with brown coleslaw. The hotel didn’t seem that busy considering it was Easter weekend. Had the same problem I at the other Premiere Inn hotel in Exeter last year."

"Nice stay, second time at this hotel. Room a little tired but it adds to the character. Staff were lovely. For breakfast the selection of fresh fruits and Jams were excellent, however the hot foot was topped in no particular order and a bit of waiting around for the full selection to be available."

"Beautiful location on the river. Lots of outdoor seating. Nice bar and restaurant. Room was nice, but air wasn’t working and no one could fix it. It was very warm for a while, but cooled off at night. They brought us a fan. Food was very good. Servers very nice"
