"We had a late night flight cancellation. Most hotels were booked but I was able to find and book this one. This motel was so terrible. Unclean, rat in hallway, smelled like urine and felt unsafe. We took one look at the room and headed straight back to the airport and spent the night there. I am surprised that Expedia would even list this as an option. Really disappointed"

"There was no hot tub. When the shower is on water come from underneath the fooor tiles. Sheets had stain and the comforter had cigarette holes"

"Lobby had trash that was left, smell as soon as you walk in, staff at desk was in back for attest 10 minutes before he came to check us in, dirt in hallways, room dingy, smelly, and hotel needs renovations. Air was not working properly and another guest must have been up all night slamming door. If it was not for the fact that it was midnight when we stopped and I’m not familiar with Houston, I would have definitely left. This hotel was not represented well online at all "

"First of all we had to switch rules twice because the first one that they gave us had them dirty linen, and the toilet was disassembled. The second room was dirty sheets and linens were not clean. I was told by the manager they would give us a discount for staying there and dealing with the inconvenience upon my checkout, but when I checked out manager act like he never said anything about the discount and basically disregarded it everything that he had said worst property I would not stay here...

"Great service. Our shuttle that was supposed to pick us up at the airport was delayed. I called the front desk and the receptionist actually came and got us himself. Room was clean and bed very comfortable. "

"Nice and cooperative staff. They allowed me an early check in which made my trip very comfortable. The rooms are small and basic but clean. There was no refrigerator in my room which I was expecting. Overall, it was nice experience."

"The staff were nice and addressed concerns I had with loud guests. It was the weekend starting spring break so just rowdy children but the night manager was great addressing it. The only issue I had is that I booked the room under me and paid for it. My friend called to add herself to the reservation and the hotel did it without even verifying with me that it was ok. All my friend did was give my name and say my flight was delayed. Upon check in, they completely removed me off the reservation....

"The rooms were not very clean, we made the reservation for 4 people they only gave us two full size towels. I went to the front desk asked for 2 more, she said they were in the drier to come back in two hours (it was already 10pm) I came back at 4am because we were trying to shower to get on a plane and another really rude front desk lady just told me they don’t have any more. Check-in was terrible, she was the rudest unwelcoming person ever- we arrived a half hour aftwr check-in time and she...
