"Driver pick me up at the airport, it's a huge resort with plenty of rooms. Surprisingly, the room is too big for single traveler, at the beginning i was scared because I check in at midnight.  In the morning, when I open the window,  I feel so happy, feel like dreaming, a big windows in the leaving rooms over looking to the park which all the trees turn white because of showing . 42 inch flat tv in leaving room, 32 inch in the bedroom, huge set of sofa seat, dining table and kitchen...

"Very nice and clean rooms located in a great part of downtown. It’s the perfect basecamp and easy to get in and out of (whether exploring the city on foot or trekking out to Denali, etc.). We will def. be staying here again in the future!"

"The room was large and clean. The bed and pillows were soft and comfortable. The hotel was convenient to all the Fairbanks attractions. We enjoyed our stay very much."

"I can’t say anything bad about the property but can’t really say anything great about it either It’s a glorified motel 6 but is in a pretty spot on the river. It also seemed very expensive for the caliber of the property. That said, not much in Fairbanks AK so maybe I’m being unfair? They do have a pretty good bar next door, their staff were friendly and courteous. Their breakfast buffet is the same each day, nothing particularly special but filling. Overall I’d give it a 5 of 10"

"We love staying here. Our room was a suite so had a separate living area/kitchen from the bedroom which is so nice since my husband gets up way earlier than I do. The hotel is quiet and a great place to stay."

"Very nice property. All the amenities are good. Especially the shuttle service was good. We missed the shuttle from the rail depot, since the resort name was not on the shuttle and the website didn’t say there was a shuttle from the rail depot. When we called from the station nobody picked up at the front desk. Otherwise everything was good. They dropped us at the tour site, museum etc at no extra charge"

"The room was very large, 2 queen beds, separate room with tv, microwave and fridge and separate bathroom. Basic breakfast which was more than adequate and coffee tea in reception area. The staff were very friendly and a free shuttle to/ from train and airport was provided on a personal basis. Even though the property was 4 km from downtown there was a huge shopping complex 5mins walk away and also a good bus service during the week, doesn’t run on weekends which was a little annoying. "The office is pretty hidden not much signs. Place looks weird the old man who gave us key wasn’t really helpful didn’t really explain much on amenities or anything at all I think he just wanted to go back to sleep we arrived @3am. Rooms are dirty we had to buy our cleaning supplies to clean it up more, we stayed at property next to Napa store. I asked the boss of cleaning if I can get towels and she said she didn’t have any so it’s pointless to b on the property. Staff wasn’t helpful at all ."

The staff was so friendly and so helpful, and Robert, the general manager, listened to every thing my friend and I had to say and was very responsive to requests. The room was clean and comfortable.
