"The water was yellowish brown, garbage in and around the pool. Very noisy"

"Cons: Dirty bathroom, filthy floor with dirt and lots of yuck along walls/ floors. Ripped and hanging shower curtain with used wash clothes on it . One towel for each of us for 2 days stay. Cold eggs, and very limited choice of foods. Pros: Close to Presque Isle and other attractions. Beds were clean and comfortable."

"They charged me for the room When I paid through you guys a month ago . I went down the Fourth of July and I had to stay in room whole Day with my kids couldn’t do what I was planned to do they charged me twice and front desk was very rude to me"

"We had a great stay! We loved that the hotel was pet-friendly, making it perfect for traveling with our puppy. The complimentary breakfast was delicious, check-in and check-out were quick and easy, and the location was fantastic with tons of restaurants nearby. The 24-hour gym was another great perk. "The swimming pool was nice. Didn’t realize it was connected to splash Lagoon. Or I would never have booked a hotel. The property around the hotel people was littering everywhere that includes food. People also were not cleaning up after their pets either.The desk ppl were nice & maintenance as well. The room is a little outdated. Also needs to be updated. They got Jacuzzis in there real tall. You have to literally get a ladder to step over it."

"This was absolutely, hands down, the worst place we have ever booked in our life. I can't phathom why Expedia has it listed on their site. The pictures are not a representation of the facility. When we arrived, we were greeted by a prostitute and it went downhill from there. When we arrived at our room, the door lock was not secure to the door and the door was warped making it hard to close. The walls were very dirty as well as the floor. the bed and bedspread looked as if they had been in use...

"We enjoyed this OLD SCHOOL style motel, the rooms are clean, no smells, well organized and we enjoyed the benches outside the rooms. The pool was clean (they cleaned every night which is why the pool itself was immaculately clean. The decor outside, beautiful flowering plants which were manually watered nightly as well. This isn't the bayfront sheraton but we loved it there, owners were friendly and accommodating, others staying there were friendly as well which made the evenings and night...
