"This was our second stay within 2 days at this facility. Both times we had our 2 dogs with us. On the first stay we checked in and out without mention of a pet fee. When we checked out the second time the front desk person advised of a $75 fee. I told her that no one had mentioned that. I signed nothing stating I knew about a fee. She did not offer to waive it until I stated that it was bad business to try to charge a fee at checkout that I was not made aware of. She waived it but was not...

"We were thinking of staying at the Bayfront but decided to stay here ten minutes away for less than half the price and I'm so glad we did. We pulled up on motorcycles in the rain and the person at the front desk offered us to park them under the roof right outside the entrance to keep them dry overnight which was super appreciated. Very clean room and comfortable bed, I really liked the stay even though it was just one night."

"We were traveling from Ohio to Niagara Falls and were just spending the night. We were very pleased with the quality of the room, the breakfast and most of all, the staff were all very kind and welcoming - both at the front desk and the breakfast."
