"Maybe I'm expecting too much. But I noticed they dont give slippers. So if you're used to hotels gving out slippers then it's a let down for about 0.5% it doesnt affect much of your stay but it would be great if they gave out. There's a noise inside my room that is giving me a vertigo. I wasn't able to sleep at first but when I turned off the cooler, it stopped. Overall, it was a great stay and I felt refreshed. It was worth it. "

"Clean room, great staff, and the goodies they give you on check-in is awesome, close enough to Fraser and main st but far away where safety at night isn’t a concern. There was one night where the dude across the hall from me woke up at 4am and started tripping out and going crazy for a couple hours but that’s not the fault of the establishment. Other than that this place is perfect"

"One staff member will make skip leave your food on the table by the sofa unattended and make you come down to retrieve it. This has happened dur8ng the hours when the front door isnt locked. So if you have a disability, book elsewhere. The elevator is the slowest in yhe world, so your food will be cold and surround by strangers. Also, plan on having your friends stopped and not allowed access yet again during the day and early evening. She thinks she knows all guests. Definitely bot staying here...

"The room was spotless and smelled great! The mattress and bedding were new and great hotel quality. I was very comfortable and slept really well.
