"Most of the staff were good, they answered our questions and were friendly. Some may have been a bit stressed from the buffet breakfast so were a bit short but understandable. Room was ok for the price we paid. The some bathroom items could have been changed as they were obviously older and stained yellow/brown (bath mat, shower head). The AC unit worked but was incredibly loud, luckily for us our toddler was so tired and just passed out without being woken up by it during the night."

"We had a wonderful stay at the Holiday Inn in Niagara Falls! The staff were very friendly, our room was clean, and we loved having the option of both an indoor and outdoor pool. Very central location that shares a parking lot with Skylon Tower. Great central location near the falls and a short walk to the Clifton hills. We would definitely stay there again!"

"the room seemed dated and tired!! We were upgraded to a suite---NICE!! only two coffees---four would have been nice. No glass glasses. noisy AC units!!! Staff at check in was wonderful!!! Staff at check out was even better!!! Extremely nice and helpful!! Was surprised that it was not a complimentary breakfast. We went elsewhere!! Asked about a cup of coffee over and above the two from the room and was told I would pay for breakfast---SAD!!"

"We found the Milestones breakfast to be very expense for a buffet style breakfast with less than stellar options. However the omelet bar was very good. The floor access was a relief in that you didn't need to card every floor."

Porte papier de toilette rouillé, rouille dans la toilette,musique forte au déjeuner non pertinents, mais le déjeuner est ok Frais de stationnement de 20.00$/jour pas de tarif privilégié ? Bien centraliser pour activités ex: rue Clifton Hills & La Tour du Skylon et les Chutes Niagara. Séjour 10 & 11 août 2026."
