"Our view was exactly what we wanted! Wasn't to happy when we went into room opened fridge there was melted ice cream in there. And bathroom was not like the picture it was small"

"The grandkids liked the jacuzzi, however the air conditioning was not working properly and never below 73 degrees, one night up to 81 degrees which is too hot for my husband. No ice was available on my floor and had to take an elevator to get ice. Making a reservation for pool time only worked the first 2 days and then, no reservations available. Wished we would have had continental breakfast, would have started the day great."
