"Extremely Disappointing Stay @ Embassy Embassy Suites by Hilton Niagara Falls! My recent stay at your property was incredibly frustrating and far below the standards expected of a hotel of your reputation. For the price charged, the experience was unacceptable due to a combination of maintenance issues, noise disturbances, and a general lack of basic amenities. Here is a summary of the issues I encountered: · Unbearable Construction Noise: My stay was disrupted by loud drilling and banging from construction work starting early in the morning. The noise was so intense that it was impossible to remain in the room. · Excessive Elevator Wait Times: Waiting for the elevators took an extremely long time throughout my stay, causing significant inconvenience. · Plumbing & Maintenance Issues: · There was a constant sound of running water from the bathroom drainage, even when not in use—likely from surrounding rooms—which was disturbing. · The shower handle was installed incorrectly, operating opposite to standard controls (cold marked as hot, and vice versa). · Damaged Linens: The linen and blanket provided were damaged. I have photos available to share as proof of this oversight. · Faulty Electronics: The television in the sofa room area was not functioning properly. Several channels, including basic local channels like CP24, would freeze or did not work at all. "

"It was a great experience except for the Breakfast it was crowded a people taking to much time at the waffle maker it held up the line we waited 30 min to get toast !!they need to move the waffle maker to its own area or have it supervised,There was people there making alot of waffle for themselves an taking 10min or more at the maker holding up the line to get toast or fruit !!!"

"The room was amazing, and the view facing the falls was absolutely stunning. One of my favorite things was how convenient everything is—you don’t even have to go outside to grab a Timmie’s coffee. The South Tower has the pool, which is great for easy access. One thing I noticed, though, is that staying on higher floors (like the 21st, which is above the pool level) made the room feel warmer and more humid. So if you’re sensitive to that, you might want to avoid floors above the pool level. The soaker tub with jets was incredible—definitely a highlight of the stay. The housekeeping staff were so kind, and all the staff were helpful and welcoming. If you want quicker access to the casino, I’d recommend staying in the South Tower. If you prefer a newer tower, there’s one with a great food court downstairs that offers more affordable options. I really loved how this hotel caters to different budgets—you can keep it affordable or go more upscale depending on what you want. This is my favorite hotel I’ve ever stayed at in the falls, and I will definitely be coming back. It’s so convenient and very family-friendly. 5 stars! ⭐️"

"Most areas of the hotel was clean although a bit outdated. Enjoyed the hot tub and sauna quite a bit. Liked the free coffee as well. This hotel could be better if they offered free breakfast as well but unfortunately they don't. The fitness equipment needs an update as the elliptical I used was very noisy and not stable. "

"Beautiful hotel, rooms were very clean and the staff was extremely friendly, convenient location, however, if you are going to stay in the Clifton hills area, be prepared to spend a lot of money on food and activities Was not happy with paying parking fees to stay at at a hotel that we had paid to stay at"

"The mattress was worn out and sagged, we didn't have hot water the first night in the bathroom, no towels at the pool, hot tub jets didn't really work well, parking was too expensive, hidden fees as well. "
