"No Breakfast on site. Staff was Ok. Hot tub was not working the first night we were there. Health club / exercise room is in terrible shape. Most equipment is broken. No in room coffee. Coffee is in main lobby. So if you want a morning coffee you have to go to lobby and join the construction workers that are there getting coffee?"

"Time halted as I checked into Riverbend Inn. Nothing prepared me for this story-like stay. Everything was beyond what I'd imagined. "A last minute stay did not disappoint. We arrived early and the front desk staff (who were so wonderful) was able to get us in to our room a wee early before our plans. "Not the closest hotel to stay at if visiting Niagra Falls but not terribly inconvenient either. Stayed in the loft. Has kitchen and minimal kitchen supplies: dishes, utensils. But no soap or dish towels for cleaning. Staff does do that but it is nice to keep kitchen clean instead of piling up dishes. Simple things like salt and pepper would be nice.
