"June 19th, 2026 we checked in for a 7 day stay. On the 3rd day we found a staff member in our room in the dark nothing for housekeeping or a cart. We were instructed to put the red arrow on our door if we didn't want anyone to clean. We had done this and also made staff aware that morning we didn't want our room touched.
