"Loved Hotel Contessa. Beautiful property and the location was perfect. Easy walk to all downtown attractions, restaurants and shops. Being on the riverwalk was awesome!!! Roof top pool was my favorite spot over looking the city. "

"I gave this hotel, a nine out of 10. It was an easy check-in, hotel was very clean, the beds were very comfortable. But, there was only one coffee cup, and I had to request more from the cleaning ladies. The next day, we had no coffee cups and the cleaning lady said she did not have any coffee cups on her cart either just lids. So we had no coffee on the second and third day in our rooms. Nor did anyone come to clean our rooms. "

"Definitely walkable to the river walk, Alamo, shopping and dining, but expect a minimum 15 minute walk. The area around the hotel may be a little sketchy at night for someone not used to a larger city. This is due to a lack of lighting in the surrounding areas leading up to the hotel. Other than that, the hotel is great! Very clean, spacious rooms, recently renovated, and super quiet. "

"Loved the property and pool The Signature Restaurant was delicious The shuttle driver was the highlight. He made the trips around the property and to Fiesta Texas so much fun. "

"In town for one night. Staff were courteous and polite. We reserved the room with two queen beds. Room was spacious with a sofa, mini fridge, microwave and coffee. Beds were comfy. Area was quiet. We were a 6 minute drive in traffic to the Riverwalk. Reasonably priced. My friend rented on the Riverwalk and paid double. I wouldn’t definitely stay again. "
