"Reception and check in all smooth. Requested tea bag replenishment and appeared smoothly. Only queries were over large to for room and position made it difficult to watch plus couldn’t control room temp through app and bathroom rad couldn’t get to work. But overall very happy with stay. "

"The hotel location was perfect...in the heart of Kensington. Location was very convenient for trains, Uber, cabs and buses. The room accomodation was fair... the carpet was dirty and very soiled. The love seat was also not clean...very worn and could have benefited from a good shampoo. Otherwise, the bathroom was spotless and the breakfast bar was very satisfactory. The staff was friendly especially Ali who worked the Starbucks counter. He was very friendly and demonstrated impeccable customer...

"The welcome my wife and I received when we arrived at the hotel for check-in was amazing, something like I’ve never experienced before. So friendly and all staff couldn’t do enough for us. Complimentary coffee was brought to our room by a lovely guy called Lit. Additional milk was delivered to our room within seconds. Thoroughly recommend this hotel mainly for its service, but also for its location. "
