We caught on a closed road, and realized we weren't going to make check in, we looked at our phone to contact them, and they had already reached out before check in closed and made arrangements for us. Took a load off while sitting in traffic. Breakfast (for a charge) was delicious. Staff and property were great."

"Everything was perfect, from pulling into the car park, after spotting the well appointed clear sign sign and being greeted by the person that I assume was the owner. Then being shown to my room after explaining where everything is and breakfast times. The room (No. 6) was a nice size, very clean and tidy, lovely view of the mountains. "Overall this was an excellent stay for us. On the first morning our shower flooded the bathroom floor because the drain was clogged, but they fixed it while we were out for the day. Other than that hiccup, it was a fantastic stay. We did the boat tour on the first day and it was fun, although cold out on the loch. Breakfast was very, very good.
