"Good size room & bathroom for low cost. Very thin walls - woken up by neigbouring room’s alarm clock & snoring. There are 20 minute slots for breakfast that you have to book the day before due to small eating area."

"The place was noisy due to pets (dogs) at the establishment. Toiletries were not provided every time room was cleaned. Staff were not too attentive to our needs."

"El hotel dice que tiene aire acondicionado pero no funciona, la primera vez que me quede lo entendí porque el clima estaba frio pero la segunda vez era muy incomodo porque habia que abrir la ventana para que se refrescara la habitación, pero el ruido de la calle y la claridad del amanecer no te permitian descansar. Cuando pedí cambio, no me aseguraban que el aire acondicionado funcionara y las otras personas que me acompañaban tampoco les funcionó en otras habitaciones porque lo que definitivamente es un problema general que no pretenden resolver. Definitivamente no lo recomiendo si ese detalle es importante para ti."

"Air conditioning was great. Very clean. Parking n/a. The breakfast was somewhat mediocre. Staff was extremely helpful and friendly. As we do not speak Spanish it was nice to have staff members who could help us in English "

"Very helpful staff and the breakfast was amazing with plenty of choice. Rooms very clean and hotel also very clean. Well situated for the Metro (O’Donnell or Goya) and a short distance to the Retiro gardens. Easy to get to from the airport on Bus 203 (5 Euro per person when we took it). Lots of places to eat nearby & hotel food really good. Check out the cafes and bars in Goya. Gym small but plenty of apparatus - treadmill, 3 bikes, X-trainer, weights machine and weights. Highly recommend this hotel for visiting Madrid."
