Staff very friendly on arrival at the hotel. Room upgraded free of charge as theybhad capacity to change it when we arrived.

Lovely welcome at check in and Linda was so fantastic with our children we felt like it was a home away from home! Apartment was very clean and perfect for our stay. Thank you for making us feel so welcome :)
