"We were given a room with four twin beds when we had paid in advance for a queen and a twin. The beds were extremely uncomfortable. There was a very loud dance party that was going on until 1:30 am. We were on the second floor, but it was so loud the bed and floor were vibrating. There was AC as advertised but it did not work and there was no way to open the window. The room was dirty with trash under one of the beds and a large collection of half used shampoo and soap bottles in the bathroom....

"This is a bare-bones pod hotel, just as advertised. The rooms are surprisingly spacious, but lacking in general amenities, such as a nightstand, a television or even a hairdryer. Our room did not have a window, but the bathroom was a good size and, overall, it met our needs.
