Location is excellent for lots of the main attractions and straight across from the savoy theatre where we were going to see Paddington the musical. We had dinner in the Joe Allen’s restaurant at the hotel which was very nice and ...

Maybe it was just my room that was in a bad condition, I cannot comment on the rest of the property. Although I have taken photos of the mould and the dirt, yet the owner was claiming that it was clean and free from mould rather than apologising.
Its okay, they just need more stores around. Like sainsburys or tesco. You are forced to buy from the hotel your staying at as there is no shops around.
Nice connectivity via bus, tube, rail
When new roads are finished it will be good, excellent shopping in town and really good transport system
Yes i didn't like the way Expedia works i have to waist my more then a hour and half just to do the check in it was all waist of time
