"Nice, old classy place, well kept with up to date furniture and a mini frig stocked with free snacks and drinks, but the advertised free self-parking is only in the street, which fills up quickly. They have a small front yard where a few vehicles can park after checking in for a cost of ten (10) British pounds."

"The e-mail for check in had not been received on the Hotels.com chat by 2pm, so i messaged and it did come through asap then.
On arrival it was easy to find the key box and gain entrance. The stairs in hallway were a bit rough and the carpet is a bit loose and dirty/worn in patches.
The door to our room was not very secure and a firm push would open the door without need for a key. There is no deadbolt of chain/lock inside to secure yourself in.
The apartment is tired and could do with a layer...

"The place was terrible. I had to leave and stay somewhere else. There was poor communication with the staff. Th e check in situation was a mess. Online the check in was noon. When I arrived they told me it was 2 pm. I just left and went over to Hotel Row on Bath St. I stayed at the Holiday Inn, The Holiday Inn was very expensive and very nice.
The Swann inn was a very bad choice. I would never recommend Swann Inn.
It cost me an extra two nights fees with no cancelation or refund options....

"All I can say is that it’s a bed of indeterminate age with some other stuff acquired from other freecycle groups. It’s clean enough but I didn’t use the shared bathroom or toilet. Chap who signed me in was friendly and efficient. You get what you pay for. "
