"I WAS NOT KEEN ON THE BREAKFAST, I WOULD HAVE PREFERRED AN ONSITE CHEF MAKING A SCRAMBLED EGG OFF THE GRILL. CHECK INN WAS FAST AND I GOT THE FIRST FLOOR FROM NESTER A NICELY DRESSED GENTLEMAN IN A SUIT. BREAKFAST CLERK MADE ME A CUP OF HOT WATER TAKE AWAY. I HAD NOT EATEN THE BREAKFLAST I PAID FOR NOT APPEALING TO SIT AND DID NOT LOOK DELICIOUS, I WAS VERY UNSATIFIED WITH THE TOILET IN MY ROOM . THERE WAS A STRON G SEWER SCENT COMING FROM ROOM 1054 AND I THINK THE VENT WAS BROKEN. I LIKE...

"The e-mail for check in had not been received on the Hotels.com chat by 2pm, so i messaged and it did come through asap then. On arrival it was easy to find the key box and gain entrance. The stairs in hallway were a bit rough and the carpet is a bit loose and dirty/worn in patches. The door to our room was not very secure and a firm push would open the door without need for a key. There is no deadbolt of chain/lock inside to secure yourself in. The apartment is tired and could do with a layer...

"The room was beautiful, warm and comfortable. The stay itself was pleasantly quiet with no disturbances and the tap water tasted clean. The amenities were clean and easy to use, if this room were my own home, I would be extremwly happy and I would personally stay again."
