"The e-mail for check in had not been received on the Hotels.com chat by 2pm, so i messaged and it did come through asap then. On arrival it was easy to find the key box and gain entrance. The stairs in hallway were a bit rough and the carpet is a bit loose and dirty/worn in patches. The door to our room was not very secure and a firm push would open the door without need for a key. There is no deadbolt of chain/lock inside to secure yourself in. The apartment is tired and could do with a layer...

"This is an older hotel that has had a facelift / updating. When you first walk in you definitely smell all of the air fresheners that they have going all the time. Not unpleasant but if you have issues with scents, this will give you a headache. - Checking in is a very slow process.
