"We got a room facing the street. People just seats by the property stairs and talk till late, it was very noisy. As well the train shake the building, evry time it pass and is every 15m. The room was tiny. The hotel is very central, very close to Paddington center. The staff very nice and knowledgeable."

"Paid for upgraded room and street view but got basic room with no external view. Hair on the pillow, insect repellent smells was dizzying. Bathroom isn’t not venting well and it smells. I stayed here last year and it had definitely went downhill. I remember cats in the cortyard last year not this year so now I have been seeing mice. "Room was very spacious. The only downside was finding a knitting needle on the floor of the bedroom. Thankfully we spotted it before our children did. Breakfast selection was good and tasty. Staff on the whole were good. Concierge seemed too busy chatting to other staff than getting the door . I normally don’t mind but I had a number of bags and a pram to navigate. Would stay again"
