"Staff personable and helpful about area and hotel. Room was excellent and the beds more comfortable than many other hotels I have stayed in during 2026, ie Fairfield, Comfort In & Suites. Appreciated only 3 pillows on the bed instead of 4 or more which is totally unnecessary and extras end up on the floor!"

"It is in a great location. The room had a musty smell; there was a used Band-Aid on the nightstand when we checked in; the back of the toilet and the toilet seat were not secure; the bathroom did not ventilate well; there was some kind of mold/mildew stain underneath the bathroom sink; the sheets and towels were stained. Also, the room was very dim."

"Location to convention center is great. Beds are VERY comfortable. The rooms are in tough shape. Bathrooms were not very clean and in rough shape overall. The doors to the hotel room didn't seal. You could hear EVERYTHING - so need a very loud sound machine if staying here. The staff are all very kind. Housekeeping everyday was great! If you plan to just shower and sleep and are looking for a good deal- this place is perfect."

"Check in process was horrible, as a Florida resident you are asked for too many things including taking a picture at the lobby of your face. I didn’t feel good about that."

"The staff were very attentive and friendly. However, I believe more personnel are needed for the check-in process. During my stay, I waited more than 30 minutes to check in. The employees were very kind and professional, but the wait time could be improved with additional staff. I also think the Starbucks store could benefit from having more employees and a wider selection of products. That said, considering the prices, it was still a good experience overall."
