"The owners of L'Ajasserie in Orcival are just wonderful! Claude and Rosi made our stay so pleasant and serve a wonderful dinner, Rosi's cuisine. Orcival is a lovely small town with an amazing Romanesque church, the prettiest wee saw. If you want an authentic Auvergne experience, not a cookie-cutter hotel experience, I would highly recommend L'Ajasserie d'Orcival. The room was spacious and clean and very comfortable. We had booked a 'mountain view' room, but were given a lake view room at no extra cost, and which saved us an extra flight of stairs to carry bags. The manager, who greeted us, was very friendly, helpful, and even insisted on helping us with one of our bags going upstairs.
