"They offer you water and pop which they had in a refrigerator in the hallway along with coffee, tea, and a breakfast in the morning. That was fantastic. Also, in your room they had snacks if you were interested great job by these folks will definitely be going there again my wife and me enjoyed ourselves."

"Building needs some TLC and updates. While in the common area of the B&B at night we could hear lots of scratching in the walls and then we did see a mouse. The breakfast was just okay. Having stayed at several B&Bs this breakfast was probably on the bottom of my list. The office where we checked in smelled like cigarettes. I would probably not stay here again. Not the worst place I've ever stayed but definitely near the bottom."

"Gorgeous property! Lovely home and furnishings! Hostess was fantastic! Breakfast was beautiful as well as delicious! Highly recommend. Next time I will get the private suite but we pretty much had the top floor to ourselves anyway. Very blessed.💕"

"Owners were delightful - kind, hospitable,and helpful. Breakfasts were a treat each day (especially since I didn’t have to cook or clean up). And location was very convenient to Geneva, Auburn, Seneca Falls (great history!), and Watkins Glen. And, of course, lots of wineries. My room was big and bathroom huge. Slept 9-10 hours each night - much needed. Highly recommend for a weekend away."

"This was our first bed and breakfast experience. It was awesome! The facilities were beautiful and the owners were so hospitable and accommodating. We loved the grounds and the view as well! Breakfast was delicious. Overall-an awesome experience!"
