"The elevators are extremely slow and the room I was in (333) was over the hotel entry. Guests outside were very loud until 2:30a. I could not sleep. At 12:30a, I called the front desk no answer and it took 3 tries to get a staff member who said she would call Security and ask the loud guests to relocate but never did. They continued another 2 hours. Very disappointed, this is a hotel for work purposes that I am/was hoping to stay at monthly"

"The room had a smell that was inescapable every time you walked into it. It wasn’t horrible horrible but it was there and it wasn’t pleasant. They charge ridiculous prices on snacks and beverages at the front desk… to a punishing level for not getting in your car and going a couple blocks to the convenient store. Lastly, there is a parking fee that was never made apparent. Felt like a gotcha on the way out. $15/day. Not super high but still not something you want to discover on checkout."

"Hotel was located right off the highway making local travel easier. The breakfast was always warm on time with a variety of breakfast foods to choose from, staff were very nice and friendly. The downside the hotel has not been updated our mattress was old, sagging in the middle and had a rip along the side. I was very disappointed in the condition of the rooms, pool and especially the mattress. I personally would not stay here again due to the condition of the beds and rooms this was more like...
