"Firstly the location .. right on the Venetian harbour.. close to everything! The room was beautiful- spacious and well furnished. Breakfast was very good ..a tick list with plenty of options and all felt fresh. The staff were excellent .. couldn’t do enough for you and so friendly! Two minor things for balance .. it was a little noisy in the evenings .. some of the bars were playing music until after midnight and the sound proofing was not the best. As far as location the hotel is next to cafes, restaurants, shopping and the harbor and yet very quiet. I would definitely stay again."

"This place is really special. The room design is elegant. The balcony overlooking the Venetian port is unbelievable - so beautiful. The host is super responsive and helpful with getting in and finding excellent places to eat and enjoy in Chania. They’ve thought of so many nice touches to make the stay top notch - coffee maker, chargers for mobile phones, a photo on the balcony for a fridge magnet, and more. "The welcoming feeling goes beyond the arrival. It is all way till the end, when the team thank you and says "hope see you again" - priceless. The whole team, from receptionist and cleaners to management, they are very friendly and helpful. They offer toiletry produced locally.
