"Everyone at the hotel were super friendly and helpful. As a foreigner, it's very inconvenient to book tickets for the National forest without a Chinese phone number. "I had a wonderful stay at Fungee S in Wulingyuan, Zhangjiajie. The staff is wonderful and always helpful especially the mgr Ms. Zhao. After checking in, she helped me sorted out my tickets to the national park, recommended routes for my sightseeing and the hikes/treks to take. The room is nicely appointed to make you feel right at home. The facilities are well maintained and clean. "Clean, comfortable and good location. We were 15-20 min walk from the east gate of Zhangjiajie Forest Park. The hotel included breakfast, lots of options but less if you do not eat pork (you have have eggs, some breads, salad, cereals, noodles, fruit /veggies). "This is a great spot. It's pretty quaint, but the rooms are nice enough. Nice view of the river, although it is right on a night market street, so there is some chatter at night but nothing crazy.
