"Check in was long …it took about 45 minutes . Checked in around 9pm and there were no towels ready …However all staff was very polite and professional …towels came in about 20 minutes…room was very clean, bed was comfy . Didn’t make it on to the casino this time but I will be back again ! Took off a star for the long check in time &house keeping delay . "

"I will never stay there again. The room was clean but the floors were bowing in the bathroom. They gave me 5 towels. Two big, two small washcloths and one for the floor.
I had to give them those five towels back to wash and they gave them back to me. I couldn't just get towels. They were rude and not friendly. "
