"Overall, just OK. Rooms were nice and large but the property was a bit worn down and you could hear every movement next door or upstairs."

"The Ocean View is fantastic but probably looking over a rooftop to see....unless you are a member! You can be near the pool and outside seating areas to have an unobstructed beautiful view of the Avila Cove. The spa was perfectly warm and clean."

"We've stayed at this hotel before and there are things we love and things that lead to a 3 star review. The staff are lovely and the location is great. The hotel itself is a bit dated and the pillows were awful. In addition, the $30 "inclusion fee" doesn't include anything. No breakfast, no pool/hot tub, and the "free bikes" are only for 2 hours unless they happen to be checked out as well. Overall, it feels like a junk fee and we probably won't be coming back."

"A beautiful hotel with comfortable beds and well-appointed rooms. Unfortunately, a persistent loud vibrating noise made sleeping difficult. The complimentary breakfast was decent, though the quality of the equipment (notably the toasters) didn't quite match the hotel's overall standard. The location, however, is truly excellent"

"The property is pretty new so all the decors and facilities are stylish and up-to-date. Breakfast is fresh with lots of choices, however, we were there on a busy weekend so they ran out of ceramic plates and mugs and we had to use paper / plastic utensils. Overall a very nice and clean hotel with friendly staff."

"The room was OK. I was just irritated that there was a $15 charge for a non-covered parking space in a regular parking lot outside the hotel. There were no other buildings close by and there was plenty of parking. I thought this was an added expense that was unnecessary. "

"We truly enjoyed our stay at Edgewater Inn & Suites. One thing to keep in mind is that not all rooms look exactly like the photos online—ours wasn’t quite as updated or “wow” as expected. That said, the overall experience was still very good. The location is hard to beat—right by the beach, close to the pier, and the views are beautiful. The hot tub and pool were both clean and fully functioning, which we really appreciated. Even though the room wasn’t as modern as pictured, it was very clean...
