The pie was good and they have real good service and the cleaning staff also have real good service and they’re always asking you if you need anything and I’m really appreciated of everything they did for me thank you so much."

"The place is great. Perfect location. Only gripe I have is our keys stopped working the second day. Texted the staff (because no one was in the office). They tried to get us to use the app but it would not work. Someone said thanks for letting them know and they will look into it. Still haven’t heard back. Luckily we figured out our keys stopped working while one of us was still in the room or we may still be locked out right now. We had to leave our window cracked open and I had to crawl thru...

"Staff were very helpful and attentive. Breakfast was ok because eggs were watery. Room was spacious but smelled bad and the sink kept making noise all night."

"Terrible experience. I wish we had not prepaid because we would have left after the first night due to their hostile, unhelpful staff. My husband is disabled and we almost missed a very important appointment because of the rude front desk. The general manager used ChatGPT to send a response to my complaint, taking zero accountability for her operation. The whole experience was a nightmare, start to finish."

"Breakfast was false advertising…there was none. the bathroom had black mold, the room door wouldn’t shut because of weatherstripping coming off and one of the lights was broken hanging off the wall. The swimming pool had clumps of hair in the bottom. Hidden fees at checkout. Spend the same at a Best Western and get a much nicer stay. Sadly this was a mistake, next we will stay elsewhere"

"One of the worst hotels I have ever been to. No amenities except one soap, thats it. Phone not working, tv not working, flush had issues, beds are not queen even when they say they are on the website. Only good thing is their staff but they are helpless as property is like that. Owner should DO SOMETHING!!"
