"We enjoyed the hot breakfast during our 3 night stay, our favourite was bacon & eggs morning. We used the shuttle to airport daily. It was very convenient and on schedule. We didn’t use the evening dining but my husband stopped for a drink at the bar one evening. There was a small sofa in our room which was nice alternative to sitting on the bed. This was our second stay at this hotel."

"The bed was WAY too soft. The towel hanger is 4 inches from the toilet bowl. Handles are loose. Lamps don’t work. At least one light switch should be illuminated but none of them were. Shower doors don’t close fully. No towel bars on wall, only shower door. Bathroom fans are loud but ineffective. A big pet peeve is the round toilets, not elongated (oval), so not comfortable for guys. The free breakfast was tasteless and VERY busy, usually running out of things. Just off the 401 so it’s loud....

"We went to check in at Best Western but for some reason the staff could not find our reservation even tho we had a confirmation number. He said that they were booked up but we could try the Sheraton right next door and actually attached to the Best Western. We went there and the manager was wonderful. He found our original reservation in 2 seconds and offered to put us a up at the Sheraton at no extra cost to us. We were so happy with that news as the Sheraton is a hotel while the Best Western...

"An excellent location and a perfectly size room that met all my needs. Added bonus was the kitchenette, the fridge and microwave gave me the option to take leftovers from a restaurant and warm up for a a snack or a second meal.
