"Staff was great & Good location. Room itself was nice but not very clean. Certain areas seemed to not have been cleaned in a long time. Unacceptable for the cost of this room. Housekeeping recleaned floors but I wiped down counters. Shower, bathroom counter & toilet bowl were covered in dust & hair. AC was obnoxiously loud & woke us up 3 times during the night. May stay here again only due to proximity to Funplex. "

"For just one night to relax for my birthday my stay was pretty good, a couple of the women staff especially if they’re at the front desk could be a bit more friendly but I’d stay again. The pool was open as well but I’m sad I forgot swimsuit, pretty decent up keep and it was clean."

"Place is in a great location with parking lots surrounding it for $35 per night. Hotel is a bit rundown in some areas but the staff is really very nice, very polite and eager to assist. Wonderful staff. Wonderful breakfast with fresh waffles. One of the best free breakfasts i have ever had at a hotel (*** property). Rooms are ok, a bit of a old mildew smell and pullout couch bed is not ideal. Regular bed and bathroom were fine."

"This a nice, quiet European-style hotel. Its a friendly place in a good location with reasonable prices. The rooms are small, but OK. the public areas show wear and tear (e.g. peeling wallpaper) and badly need refreshing. The major downside for me was not being able to control the air-conditioning. You have to get the front desk person to come up to make any change. "

"We were very tired after driving 8+ hours. Check in was a little confusing when they asked for a cc for incidentals. I inserted my card and the total came up. Quickly removed it, and asked for incidentals only? Counter person said yes but it also verifies your cc payment. Normally I use my debit for incidentals, then pay with my cc. The counter person had no way of knowing this so it was ok and we got it straightened out. Our stay was fine. "

"Facility was fantastic. Amenities like gym, pool, business centre, cafe onsite were all 5 stars. The reason I didn’t give 5 stars was the key card system was a sh*t show. I had to exchange my cards 4x over 2 days because they stopped working sometimes on the elevator (to get to the floor) and then the room door. Others were having the same issue. "
