"Good location, within walking distance to Taupo town centre (10-15 mins). We had a room with a view of lake Taupō and a private hot springs tub. Really enjoyed the communal outdoor pool area as well. Toasty warm water. Great to have some kitchen space with onsite laundry & BBQ if you need it. Very clean & well maintained property overall. "

"Check on and out was easy. Beds were comfortable. Carpet was old. We had ants in our bag because we had an apple. There were heaps. Not nice to wake up to. It was also quite noisey. Breakfast was good and my daughter loved the pool. We didn’t have time to use the spa or sauna but they looked nice too. "

"We had the basics that we needed for a quick overnight stay. Some improvements needed on these: water from the shower doesn’t drain fully because of the floor angle, bedside tables was very dusty. Didn’t pay much so I guess can’t really expect a lot either. Good place to for an unprolonged stay. "

"The family rooms could do with a bit more updating, also think of having a electric frying pan in the room, rooms should have clothes iron, hangers maybe a clothes airing rack by the spa bath and spa towels also tea towels. The share kitchen was short of utensils and other stuff. Also making sure everything is always clean and put away nicely and not just left in a box with dust building up "
