"I stayed in a smaller room. This is my 2nd visit. My only complaint is the pillows they are awful. Everything else is good. Staff super helpful, great easy parking. Nice touches like the fridge and coffee machine downstairs."

"Ordered room service at a late time of the night. Whilst I don’t expect gourmet at 1am it is reasonable to have something edible. £35 for 2 dry panini rolls isn’t really good enough and this could be improved. Also no spa - which should make the 5 star experience better."

Offered a glass of bubbly on arrival. Despite busy hotel and World Cup Football there was no noise so slept really well. Breakfast was lovely, great selection of food and juices. "Perfect location! Quaint spot just outside of the city centre close to UoB. Sam and reception staff incredibly friendly. We could have chatted for hours if we didn't have an itinerary of things we needed to complete before the end of the day! Would definitely recommend a stay here."

Rooms only have a type of climate control that does not help with extremes of weathers. They did signpost on arrival that all cooling systems were down which was unfortunate due to the heatwave present."
