Hotel dekat Flagstaff Convention and Visitors Bureau

"All good"

"The staff was very friendly and work as a team to make the guests feel comfortable and welcomed. During the kickback hour I noticed what I think was a manager seeing something that needs to be done and did it himself and not calling a subordinate to do it. To me it showed nothing is beneath him to do the work."

"Overall, our stay was great, but our experience with the breakfast staff left a very bad impression. Expedia listed breakfast hours as ending at 10:00 AM, whereas the hotel had a sign posted stating it closes at 9:30 AM. Because of this discrepancy, we arrived close to the hotel's closing time, completely unaware of the difference. Rather than handling the situation professionally, the two staff members on duty were blatantly rude, making sarcastic and disrespectful remarks in Spanish toward us,...

"All the hotel facilities are attractively designed and very nicely furnished and decorated. Despite that, a stay in this hotel would best be enjoyed by guests who eschew human contact. In my three nights staying in Bespoke, I never saw anyone, neither any guest nor any member of staff. No one was at the front desk at the time of check in and, when I called the hotel's phone number, I got the impression that my call was an annoyance and that, rather than seeking a person to help me with check in,...

"Excellent service"

"The only negatives were that you can hear your neighbours, and not helpful when you have a shouting child at 5am . Plus the cargo trains throughout the night did disturb us . But a great place"

"This hotel was clean and a great location. It was not my the main roads no traffic noise at all. The room was clean, pillows were comfortable and the blackout curtains were a plus. The staff was friendly. The store was a good selection for snacks and drinks. We did not eat there but they had a restaurant on site that looked like a great menu. Only thing I didn’t like about the property is they charge a parking fee of 9$. Which is not allot of money but it’s a hidden fee that is unavoidable. We...

"Everything was great."

"The cleanliness was just ok."

"The room was clean and comfortable!"

"We love the Holiday Inn. Rooms are clean and cozy. The free morning breakfast is amazing and actually tasteful. ONE THING I don’t like are how expensive the snacks are in the snack area. A cup of noodle was $4 when they’re .99c at the grocery store, and that is just one of many high priced snacks and beverages! So bring your own snacks!"
