"The resort staff is friendly and helpful. Amazing they have made a tropical oasis in the midst of a heavy thoroughfare and business area. We enjoyed being a bit away from the busy Duvall and seaport area. Our room (King Suite) had water and garden views. L’Occitane bathroom amenities. Attentive house and grounds keepers. "Front desk staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The bar area had a limited selection of beer and would have been nice to stay open a bit longer on a football playoff game night. shuttle service to old town was very convenient as was the beach shuttle service. The parking area around the hotel could use a little sprucing up which would be our only negative comment. "

"The property was wonderful. Great pool, restaurant, and the room was clean and well kept. Staff was all wonderful, from the welcome cocktail, help with a relentless alarm clock, daily free smoothies at poolside, great pool towels and lots of chaise lounges under umbrellas. Also enjoyed the 'air show' with the naval jets flying over a couple times a day. Great location for the beach too!"
