"Nice hotel, good location but next to a noisy road.
Need more staff at check in. Stood in line almost 20 mins waiting to be helped.
Make sure you check your credit card on check out. I was informed the incidental charges would be credited and only additional charge would be parking, but i was charged the resort fees again for each room.
We had a better experience at other local hotels on previous visits to the area"

"Hotel did not off free breakfast package included and paid for in stay. Hotel does not offer breakfast on weekends, only brunch. On checkout, we were charged for a breakfast which should have been included in our stay. We were told we ate past the breakfast hours which were in the brunch hours 😡"
