"The room was dirty the carpet was nasty the room smelled and the sheets had brown stains on them as well as the couch had stains everywhere on it the room wasn't what I expected. I will not be going back and they only suppose to have refund me 50.00 dollars that never happened and they try to move too a regular room instead what I originally paid for not a great place to stay that's my opinion"

"My best friend and I literally randomly picked a 26 hour getaway and landed on Key West and we could not have been more pleased with our State. It was a five minute Uber ride from the airport and like a 10 minute ride to downtown. The resort itself was very clean, the front desk staff was super helpful and the resort itself was very nice."

"This was our first (and last) trip to Key West and we decided to stay at the Doubletree, since they were Dog Friendly. We were able to check in 3 hours early, which was wonderful and the staff could not have been more welcoming to us and extremely outgoing to our dog! The room was perfect, overlooking the pool and with a balcony. Very clean and modern room. The only negative (more of an inconvenience) was the elevator on our side of the building was out-of-order and so, we needed to go on the...

"Although i can appreciate the historic nature of the property, roaches are unacceptable. There is also no beach as sold by the pictures on all hotel platforms."

"I was extremely disappointed with our stay at the Fairfield Inn Key West. The property felt more like an old motel that had been rebranded as a Fairfield Inn rather than the quality hotel I expected. I should have trusted my instincts and packed my bags the moment I saw the room. The location was also much less appealing than expected. The surrounding area felt undesirable, and our room overlooked a depressing view of the parking lot and dumpsters, which certainly wasn’t the Key West experience...

"The only bar at this hotel is at the pool and it is only open from 4 PM to 7 PM every day of the week. I found Tr Ass and empty beer bottles and cigarette butts all around our patio area where the bushes are right outside our door. I personally found this property to be subpar. For you paying more than $300 per night to stay there. The one highlight he did enjoy was the breakfast for it was served quickly by friendly people, especially Lela and Esther."
