"Great room, obviously recently modernised, very clean, very quiet. Breakfast was good/hot, though the pastries werent great. The young lady looking after breakfast was fab, single handedly doing everything, and doing it very well.. Check in wasnt great, 3 people behind the desk, (2 chatting possibly about work ) and 1 couple taking foreeeever to check in. Eventually a 2nd person came free, and check in started. By the time we were checked in ( which was fairly quick), there was a huge queue...

"Incredibly accessible for those who need it. Tierney at reception was amazing! Ordered pizza to the room with ease via QR code which was super helpful to us being hard of hearing. Comfy bed and spacious bathroom. Could not recommend enough!"

"Parking very easy till we booked in and were asked to pay £14, this was not mentioned on the hotel advert with Expedia nor on the email confirming the booking. After some debate with reception the guy borrowed our phone to show us where it was, not under this hotel but scrolled down another half dozen pages and showed us it the parking charges in the general terms and conditions, while scrolling saw the booking charge had dropped by £20, so suggested they took the parking charge out of this,...

"Arrived late at night and had trouble finding a car park space. Access around the building is one way but to exit you have to go through a locked gate and you need a code - as a guest who has just arrived you don't have this info. I called the hotel 3 times whilst stuck at the gate and no one answered. Luckily a guest walked past and gave me the code. Went around again but this time went in the multistorey up a level. Be warned this car park is VERY TIGHT and not all cars are parked well. When...

"This was a great stay. A beautiful heritage property. Felicia and her Paul were fantastic hosts. We stayed with our son his wife and their 22 month old toddler. They could not have made us more welcome. Felicia was very accommodating about breakfast and other things as our son was running the Cheshire held marathon. The breakfasts were all delicious. Highly recommend this as a place to stay."

"I'm sorry to say I can't recommend the Alderley Edge Hotel. I stayed here for a business trip to the local business park, booked for two nights. The first night was fine — I slept well. My room (55, second floor) ran warm, but opening the window solved it. In the morning I noticed the shower pole had come away from the wall and was just hanging there. I flagged it at reception. It was still usable, so no real issue. The second night was a different story. The hotel was hosting an awards...

"No wi fi available. . Room basic, with bed ,1 plastic chair ,1 plastic stool no sofa. No amenities apart from a Kettle, no cups but were given.2 paper cups and t and coffee when asked at reception. 2 bath towels but no hand towels. Tiny bar of soap and 2 sachets of shower wash. Bed rock hard and very uncomfortable. When stripping bed in morning, to save cleaners a little time , discoverd why we were pulling at the quilt all night...it was a single quilt sideways in a king sized cover! ...

"Friendly check in. Good nightly rate and clean comfortable super king bed. Quiet and managed some sleep after requesting a room a long way from the entrance. Overall a short walk to the terminals - only manchester airport could charge £3.50 for a shuttle bus to the terminals. Welcome to a second tier airport. "

"I have now stayed here 3times in 6 weeks I love the place staff brilliant I travel to watch Wigan at rugby league 230 miles each time as for the beds the most comfortable I have had and I do not stay in the same room different each time wake up really refreshed love the place"

"Really nice place this we stayed with a plan to uber into knutsford cost is around £18..The hotel is set in beautiful surroundings extremely idyllic. Very clean breakfast was 8/10 staff looked professional with every staff member in check shirts Will definitely be staying again "
