"The stay was ok overall. I booked a double bed but was told only kings were left when I arrived and was told that it was due going through Expedia. Then I was given a room key to an occupied room, which I found out after walking in on the guests. The staff did the best that they could and apologized."

"The breakfast was scheduled from 6:00 am to 10:00 am on Saturday. I arrived at the breakfast area at 9:00 am, but unfortunately, there was no breakfast available. I politely inquired with the breakfast staff about adding more egg, bacon, or sausage to my meal, hoping to at least enjoy a beagle. However, they refused to provide me with additional breakfast items. To make matters worse, the waffle batter was also quite disappointing."

"The hotel was a great location with the mall and restaurants in walking distance. The staff was nice, check in and out was simple, and it was fairly quiet. The breakfast was not much. Only Belgian waffles, dry cereal with milk, yogurt, and coffee. It would have been nice to have eggs and/or sausages, but for the price it was not bad."

"I enjoy staying at this hotel in which I always stay in once I’m in the Florence South Carolina area. It’s clean, safe and well maintained. I love the breakfast in the morning time with a lot of good options. The staff is friendly and nice and if you have any problems, they address it properly.
