"I was first placed in a dirty room but they were very quick and efficient to move me which was great b/c I don’t like first floor rooms. In my second room on 2nd floor the window lock was broken so I couldn’t lock it. Uncomfortable but being in 2nd floor helped. Clock in the room nor working or unplugged?? Just used my fon for the clock. Breakfast area very clean and orderly and good. Parking lot had potholes but they were there fixing them today. Staff VERY friendly!!! "

"The owners are very nice and helpful. The room was clean, the sheets and towels are good quality and were clean as well. There were more than enough pillows and blankets. There is a small table and 2 chairs to sit and look out the window. The bathroom is good size. The water pressure is good, with plenty of hot water. The floor is tiled, so it is very cold on bare feet. There is no breakfast, but they will get you bottled water if you ask. The parking is well lit. You can hear the traffic from...

"The hotel is in pretty rough shape. The sink rusted, the tub and mirror dirty. The garbage cans still had garbage from the previous guests. The only good part was the location "

"We had a lovely long weekend stay at this property at the end of March 2025. Our room was a very spacious efficiency. The wifi was good. There was plenty of parking available. We enjoyed being able to walk to nearby restaurants or go to the boardwalk. There is laundry available. There is no fitness area. Highly recommend."

"ROCK HARD BEDS, COULDN'T SLEEP, FILTHY, STAINED TOWELS, NO BLANKETS ON BEDS, RUN DOWN, TERRIBLE VALUE. They have let this place go to have more $$ in their pockets. So sad. I stayed 8.5 years ago and it was nice."

"No one around"

"The first unacceptable problem was that the property is NOT HANDICAPPED ACCESSIBLE!! The second issue was that the property listed many amenities on Expedia that DID NOT EXIST!! I specifically booked our stay for The Arcade,Gift Shop, vending machines,and expected the breakfast buffet to be like the pictures that were posted!! Not even close!! My advice from this experience is to call the property first before you book it!! Especially if you have children!!!"

"You get what you pay for. This motel was the cheapest in the area for the weekend we needed. It was clean, mostly quiet and very convenient in location. However, if you need an actual kitchen, this was not it. There was a second sink but nothing else to allow cooking or any food prep."

"My room was supposed to be non-smoking but it wasn't and stunk of cigarettes. When I got there I rang the doorbell to check in, after several time someone showed up and the first thing he said was do you have a reservation? The towels were thin, I had only one washcloth, and there was soap but no shampoo. The ice machine was locked. There was no breakfast, not even coffee! At 8 AM for checking out there was no one at the desk for me to drop my car off with and I was not about to leave it in...
