The room was very clean when we arrived, but they did not clean it at all while we were there. I asked them several times and they wouldn't clean it. Why would you have a "please clean" option on the door if nobody cleans here? The check in was also terrible. Very strict check in time because "there's no front desk and they're not reachable outside of 3-6pm" but they weren't even available within that time. We arrived at 5:30pm and we couldn't get in, the door wouldn't buzz when we called the number provided and they wouldn't answer messages until the next morning. We had to stand outside until someone let us in. There is also ZERO sound proof in this room and on a busy street. With the windows closed we could hear people walking, talking, and driving. If a truck went by it sounded like a earthquake. We eventually opened the window for some fresh air and it wasn't quiter AT ALL with the windows closed. The door outside of our room to get into the main area also had no sound proofing. We could hear everyone coming and going. This room is also advertised to be over the bridge and it is not at all. It's like kind of close to it. False advertising. Would not go back
