They left a window open, and mosquitoes kept getting into the room. I got so many mosquito bites every night I stayed there. There is no elevator. The hotel is located on the third floor, and you have to carry your luggage up the stairs by yourself, with no help from the hotel staff. Breakfast is just sugar.

Staff was very friendly and breakfast was great. Location was awesome with everything important in short walking distance. They now do an online check in which was a little confusing because there was some conflicting information in what they sent out, but staff was there anyway when we checked in during the day which was smooth.

Located at the top of a beautiful historic building, our stay has wonderful views of Florence and plenty of space to welcome us to the city. The breakfast was a pleasant surprise to help fuel our long days exploring. Would recommend to any couple looking for a suite to enjoy for themselves.

The included breakfast was great. Location is close and walkable to main attractions. My only cons would be the absence of elevators to the property, but there is a Luggage storage facility nearby for a fee of course.

Glad we got free breakfast. Do NOT book here if lugging baggage up 90 steps (yes, I counted) would be a challenge for you as there is no elevator. Read all emailed instructions VERY carefully as there are several doors, key boxes, etc you'll need codes for. All the info is there but it can feel like a scavenger hunt. Our room was a bit disappointing as it had no view. The only window was about 4 meters high so it only provided light. Overall very cramped. Another positive was the AC - during a very hot day, the AC did a great job of cooling down the room.

Es un hotel al que nunca volvería. Nunca nos dijeron que estaba en un tercer piso sin ascensor Para subir las maletas fue un auténtico sufrimiento y suplicio. Para hacer el chek in fue muy complicado. Habitación muy pequeña y oscura. Nada que ver con las fotos. El desayuno muy normalito y el parking 40 euros la noche. No recomiendo para nada este hotelucho.

Es una propiedad bellísima, céntrica y con un desayuno delicioso, considerarlo si se lleva mucho equipaje ya que no hay elevador y mi esposo sufrió al subir 3 pisos de las escaleras muy amplias.

This b&b is fantastic for the right people. To be clear, it is a fourth floor walk up with NO elevator. If this works for you, then the location is great. It’s walking distance to everything and yet not in a main square, so it is quiet at night. It takes some direction following to get in the first time, but everything was very well explained.

Hyggelig og autentisk lille B&B

Rigtig fint lille hotel i flot gammel ejendom. Følte os taget tilbage i tiden, meget autentisk. Hyggelig lille morgenmads lokale. Fin beliggenhed med gå afstand til centrum. Rigtig go betjening med fin guidening i forhold til Firenze Kan bestemt anbefales, hvis man skal være i Firenze et par dag.

Great location, quiet because windows open towards enclosed courtyard but no views, four story walk up is tiring after hours of walking the city and not easy if you have a lot of luggage, rooms are large and clean with great showers with hot water and small fridge, AC works great which is a must in summer, this is a B&B so except for initial check in, no staff available.

It took me 45 minutes to figure out how to get to the room, there was no remote for the air conditioner to another 45 to get air, the towels that were on the bed were still wet. When I turned on the air conditioner, the smell of mildew and mold, filled the room which caused my chest to close up. I inspected the air conditioner to find mold and mildew. I walked outside, called the property after being there just a few hours asked for a refund of the following two nights not for the day that I was there property completely refused. Traveler be warned.

The location is wonderful. The actual room we stayed was ok. It was clean but you'll notice in some of the reviews the room could use an upgrade (paint and side tables a little larger). Staff was ok. Knowing that what time we were arriving I had expected to have someone meet us. I had to call and we were given a code to pickup our keys. We did not receive the wine that was advertised.
