This property is a typical European hotel setup. It’s in a shared building with other tenants. Very clean, the staff was excellent, very caring. Checked in on us to make sure we had everything we needed. The rooms were spacious. I asked for a double bed and separate bed for my daughter, there was a separate room with a single bed and closet that was very spacious. I highly recommend this hotel and staff.

Great location , close to everything, view of the duomo. Beautiful historic building with unique details. The reception staff, Teresa, went above and beyond . Letting us store luggage , giving us shopping and dining recs. We had to stay late as one of our party was ill. She offered to care for him while the rest of us enjoyed a last day. I cannot say enough good things about her. She was kind thoughtful and helpful…

Loved the location of this excellent little boutique hotel. Ideally placed for easy access to all the historic sights with lots of shops and restaurants around. Lovely decor, very clean and exceptionally helpful staff - Thankyou to Fatima, Theresa and the lovely cleaning lady. Would highly recommend .

The reviews on Hotels.com and the description of the hotel are a bit misleading. Check Google reviews for the full scope. Pros: The hotel check-in and cleaning staff are very kind and go the extra mile to give you an overview of the city and make you feel welcome. The location is also very central and situated right by the Duomo. The room was clean and the view was cute. Cons: When booking a honeymoon stay at a hotel with “Luxury Suites” in the name, you don’t really expect a tiny room with two twin beds put together to make a queen…really didn’t make for a romantic stay. While we had zero issues with the AC unit during our stay, there was an incredibly unpleasant sewage smell in the front entrance and stairwell leading up to the rooms. Also, if you are handicapped —the elevator doesn’t start for 3 flights of stairs up. All-in-all, I must say we were disappointed with the experience 😔

Súper cómodo y lindo las habitaciones , peeeeero deberían avisar que no cuentan con ascensor y fuimos con una persona anciana que no podía subir las escaleras y por ende subir las maletas era caótico. Fue caótico también por que las escaleras no tienen luz , estaba todo oscuro

Wow con este hotel! Esta a tan solo una cuadra del Duomo y cerca de todas las atracciones turísticas. El trato de Teresa y Fatima super amable y atento, siempre estan al pendiende. La habitación es bellisima, decorada muy elegante y muy amplia. Sin duda lo recomiendo ampliamente.

Beautiful spot in central Florence

Great location if you want to be right in the heart of Florence. Traditional property which is a great Florence experience however note you need to walk up a number of steps to reach the rooms. Staff very helpful and were in contact both before stay and helpful during stay.

Great - but not a bed and breakfast!

Very convenient location right next to the cathedral. Very clean and easy to find. Comfortable bed. Air conditioning. There is an elevator to the floor after a short flight of stairs. Had recommendations sent to us via WhatsApp which was great and very helpful! I have two concerns - this place is advertised as a bed and breakfast - there is no breakfast. When we arrived we were indicated to the coffee nook and told ‘this is the breakfast’ (coffee packets and kettle) because ‘there is no dining room.’ For me this is a misrepresentation, I would remove the statement that this is a bed and breakfast. Furthermore, we were told to put the card on the door handle to indicate if we wanted our room tidied during our stay (3 night) - we did this and periodically went back to the room during the day and it was never cleaned! Eventually we asked and they said it would take 1.5 hours and eventually it was done around 3pm. I understand the new rooms need to be prioritised, but don’t tell us to hang the card for cleaning but then there is no guarantee it is done! Overall; I enjoyed the stay and I would stay here again. But the breakfast part is a misrepresentation and don’t tel guests there is daily cleaning when there is no guarantee! Thanks for the stay! Paid around 600 euro for 3 nights for 2 people - no breakfast.

This is an incredible location for the Duomo (literally a 2 min walk) and shopping area - plus pretty clean! Just don’t expect a traditional hotel and some stairs to walk up. Staff are absolutely excellent, shout out to Fatima and Faisal for being so warm, welcoming and helpful.

Perfect location and the staff was amazing. inside the room was also excellent and it was one of the nicest bathrooms we’ve seen in Europe so far. Biggest issue we had was multiple nights we couldn’t sleep because of all the street noise. Windows could be much better to block some of the noise.

Property was in a PERFECT location - could not have asked for a better area. You will need to take quite a bit of stairs to get up to the property. There is an elevator accessible but will need to walk up about 30 steps to get there. The room was EXCEPTIONALLY clean and big. Family of 4 can be quite comfortable here. Staff was wonderful. It was a unique experience in that you do not have someone physically present onsite 24 hours, although they are available. We had a difficult time getting our room cold so if you like sleeping in temperatures above 78 degrees, you should be okay. I would stay here again if I were to go back in the Fall/Winter where I can sleep with the windows open. I believe I would have been a better experience had the room been colder (they gave me three fans, but it was still not enough).

This property was beyond amazing! It surprising how close it was to everything. We were greeted by Matias, he was phenomenal! Very attentive abs informative. All of the staff was amazing. This hotel is a must every time I come to Florence, thank you for the hospitality!

Best Hotel in Florence!

Oh my gosh this hotel is incredible! I checked out of a dump that gave me terrible service and charged me more to check into this hotel and I could not get over how beautiful and clean and large the rooms are. It will now be the only place I stay when I come to Florence. And the woman that manages it is incredible. All of it was perfection!

Terrible Service and Hotel!

We had a very unpleasant time here. First we had no AC in the 2 nights that we stayed here WHEN THEY HAVE AC LISTED HERE (we informed one hour after check in and it was never fixed). The second day the worker told us a technician was going to come in and take a look, so he did apparently. She messaged later and said he cleaned it and now it was working better but when we came back it was only blowing warm air… it seems strange that someone can not recognize the difference between cold and hot air, but ok we came back to check and nothing was changed. After hours of sweating at night we decided to take a look at the filters ourselves and noticed it was very dirty, filled with dust and seemed like never was cleaned or the hotel just lied (photos Attached). Our second problem was when we checked our we noticed one of our bags was cracked… we told the manager and she basically said we had no way to prove to her that they did it… so we are lying? Horrible customer service to say the least… bad problem solving skills in this so called hotel… and to finish it she sent me a WhatsApp message that seemed very unprofessional and just very disappointing. We will pursue a full refund, this is not the service we expected in our honeymoon.
