"The staff members were all so hospitable, helpful, and friendly! The room was clean, smelled great and was the perfect size and set-up for what we were looking for. The only thing I didn't like was how loud it was in our room. The design of the hotel makes for a lot of echoing in the breezeways, and we were by the elevator, which was pretty loud. But overall, that wasn't a dealbreaker. We still loved our stay."

"When looking over the balcony all you see is over grown trees and down below is trash. The elevator was between two buildings and you had to walk to the opposite end just to get to your room. Also the beach is across the street not on the property."

"This is our second time to stay here - demo / construction has been going on with the properties on each side but it’s understandable considering the hurricane(s) a few years ago. We would still highly recommend and the demo to the south should be finishing up asap. Get with Kevin on the beach for your chairs / umbrellas - he’s wonderful!"

"The stay, our 2nd here, was great! The hotel location is fantastic, the staff that are present are wonderful, the rooms are a very nice size & the balcony is adequate, the view is amazing… each day we spotted tons of birds, dolphins, a turtle and a manatee! The rooms, however, could use decor refreshing and the food/service could be upgraded. I have to mention that this 2nd trip was in offseason so staff was reduced & perhaps kitchen staff were stressed. Overall we chose to eat several...

"The property is excellent. Great location next to Beach Road and great views of the bay from the hotel. One of the restaurants forget the name is Michelin mentioned spectacular setting and great food. Massage service first rate. The concierge very helpful setting up dinner on a holiday weekend."

"Make sure you don't leave anything in the room because they won't let you go back and get it once you check out. For example I accidentally left my Costa sun glasses in the room and a bathing suit and they refused to help. Gave me a stupid lost and found paper to fill out online. I literally checked out 5 mins prior. They lie and say they did not find my glasses or bathing suit when I knew where they were and said that they already cleaned the room which was another lie"

"First off the valet staff was amazing people! Especially the wonderful valet lead! The desk people seemed a bit helpless other than the initial check in person. Everything else was slightly ran down and like the pool lights held together with zip ties and electric tape for the sink stopper. If you offer in room safes don’t work maybe security could hold the item instead of being best to store in a car. It was still a great stay due to the walking range of things to do and food."
