"Was supposed to depart at 6. I showed up at 5:15 and waited until 6 before i started calling their phone number. Had to call 15 times before i got an answer and they said they didnt know i booked it. Said they would have a captain out in 40 minutes. Called me back 20 minutes later to tell me they didnt have a captain. This was 2 weeks ago and i still haven't received a refund. There's either super unprofessional or scam artists."

"My husband booked this for us last night for Valentines Day, we tried several times to call and message to let them know when we would arrive and had a few more questions, after many attempts we didn’t even go as you have to call them to get the key and they never answered or replied to us. The amenities listed air conditioning, a bathroom, a kitchenette, etc. With those things, we thought there would be some sort of electricity. The listing also told me to call 48 hours in advance of the arrival date to get check in instructions. I was not able to reach anyone until a few hours before arrival.
