"Great local hotel that is located by many restaurants, stores and sightseeing. This was our third time staying at La Jolla and have never had a bad experience. If you are looking for an up scale resort with all the amenities, this is not it. But it offers all the things you need including bikes, kayaks, small pool, efficiency kitchen ( we make eggs every morning), nice sized room, great views of the gulf (oven front). "It’s a 10 .. it’s the cutest little place. The staff is super sweet, nice grounds and relaxing. The room was called sugar apple I believe and it was large and roomie with a private patio area.. We really enjoyed it.. keep up the good work.. "

"Couldn’t recommend them more! My wife and I had such a wonderful time—the staff and dive crew were friendly, fun, and truly went out of their way to make the experience memorable. We stayed in one of their rooms, and it was perfect: updated, clean, comfortable, and the porch hammock was the cherry on top. We’ll be back for sure… and for more than one night next time!"

"Cockroaches appeared three times in the kitchen, and even one came out of the refrigerator. Disinfection is needed. Everything else was great. It would be nice to have scissors available."
